LAUNCH OF WORLD BOOK FEST 2012

Sat 31 March :: 3pm :: Triskel Christchurch :: FREE

Paul Howard, aka Ross O'Carroll-Kelly, will officially launch the Cork World Book Fest with a reading from his book 'Nama Mia!'.

"Ross's misadventures and on-the-nose observations never fail to provoke a laugh-out-loud reaction... bursting at the seams with spot-on parody" - Irish Times.

"While the writing is as sharp and LOL funny as ever, Ross's complicated relationships ... are movingly explored. The closing pages had this reviewer in tears - and, for once, they weren’t of helpless laughter" - Hot Press.

The 8th Cork World Book Fest will take place from 19-23 April 2012 at Cork City Library and Triskel Christchurch. Outdoor events and street markets will be held on the Grand Parade on Saturday 21st April. Copies of the Festival brochure will be available at the launch on Sat 31 March.
